The Cliff Top
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the English Channel as you dine on the freshest seafood and modern British cuisine. Our Executive Chef sources exclusively from local day boats, South Downs farms, and seasonal foragers to create a menu that truly tastes of place.
The Cliff Top holds one AA Rosette and is celebrated in numerous national guides. Private dining is available for groups of 8–20.
The Sea View Terrace
When the weather permits — and on the British coast, that means year-round with the right attire — our Sea View Terrace offers the most atmospheric al fresco dining on the East Sussex coast. Overlooking the Channel, with the sound of the waves below and a glass of English fizz in hand.
The terrace also hosts our legendary afternoon cream tea service daily between 2pm and 5pm — a quintessentially British experience elevated by our dramatic coastal setting.
The Harbour Bar
Our ground-level bar captures the raw energy of the sea — driftwood accents, maritime art, and the sound of the ocean on the rocks below create an atmosphere that is uniquely British coastal. The Harbour Bar serves from noon, with an evening programme of live acoustic music on Fridays and Saturdays.
